We highly recommend flowers leave our store in a VOX which contains water and flower food or Floss water bags.

Tall Poppies offers FREE flower food and flower care tips on all designs. We do not offer a vase life guarantee as once the product has left our store it is up to the receiver to matain the vase life with the instructions provided.

Refund Policy*

Tall Poppies is happy to replace faulty product with proof of purchase that is returned to Tall Poppies in it’s original condition within 24 hours of being purchase. Being a perishable product Tall Poppies does not offer a money back refund.
